This is a comprehensive guide to the warranties supplied for each product group.

All Vaping Kits (Excluding Prefilled Pod Kits), Mods, Batteries, Tanks and Accessories

Supplied with a 6-month warranty and a life expectancy of 12 months. Please retain the outer packaging and any outer sleeve, as these contain the product serial number required for a warranty claim.

Prefilled E-Liquid Pods

These have a 3-month warranty and an approximate shelf life of 1 year. The device packaging notes puff count expectancy. Please note that significantly lower puff counts can be found if longer draws are taken. Please retain the outer packaging and device or pod, as these contain the product serial number required for a warranty claim.

General Information

Scratches and discolouration from regular use are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by warranty. The product warranty covers any manufacturer defects and includes a replacement if the product is deemed faulty or beyond repair. If the item is not found to be faulty, we will return it to you. If we believe the item has been damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or return it.

The return of a product is required for a warranty claim with the respective manufacturer.

E-Liquids & Drip Tips (Mouthpieces)

Unfortunately, due to health & safety reasons, Vape UK does not provide a warranty on these items. This is, of course, unless we determine that within 6 months of purchase, the item is found to be faulty, and a replacement or refund would then be provided.
